I’ve helped leaders grow companies, and built a nonprofit that helps the next generation grow with technology, creativity, and confidence.
Supported through Google for Nonprofits, TechSoup, and community partnerships, our mission is to make world-class learning tools accessible to every child, everywhere.

I grew up in Battle Creek, Michigan, raised by a single mother who worked two jobs to make sure my brother and I had what we needed. Our city was filled with violence, gangs, and constant temptation. I changed schools regularly, and while I was smart enough to test my way through, I was more focused on having fun than paying attention.
Sports became my escape and my classroom. I wasn’t the biggest athlete, so I became the craftiest. Always thinking five steps ahead, reading people, and adapting in the moment. That skill would later become the foundation for how I lead, problem-solve, and innovate.
But in 2011, everything changed. A work accident shattered both of my elbows, forcing me into three years of surgeries and physical therapy. I learned firsthand what resilience truly meant. I realized I had taken life for granted. When I got back on my feet, I worked in a drug and alcohol rehab, helping people who had hit rock bottom. That’s when my purpose clicked: I was here to help others rebuild, starting with belief in themselves.

I’ve been underestimated my entire career. My résumé never told the full story.. the systems I’ve built, the enterprise-level projects I’ve delivered, the high-level conversations I’ve had with leaders at Dell, HPE, Wells Fargo, and AT&T.
From selling shoes at Champs Sports to working with some of the world’s largest companies, I’ve built my career on being a quick learner, an extreme change agent, and someone willing to take calculated risks to create impact.
In 2025, I took a leap.. a “micro-retirement”.. to bet on myself. My mission was clear:
Help small businesses leverage AI and automation to do more with less
Prepare the next generation to lead in an AI-powered world
Leave the world better than I found it
That second goal became the heartbeat of Future Leaders Academy, a national nonprofit I founded to help K–6 students, especially those from underserved communities, build confidence with AI, digital literacy, and leadership skills.
FLA exists to give kids the kind of head start I never had.. a place where curiosity turns into confidence, and innovation becomes opportunity.
It’s more than education, it’s equity through empowerment.
It’s the legacy behind every system, brand, and leader I help build today.
I help leaders, builders, and changemakers align their vision with execution.
Not through hype or hustle, but through proven systems, community, and strategy.
These are the core solutions and frameworks I lead to help you grow what matters.

Modern sales strategies for today's market
DRIVE, PRIME, and INVITE are three frameworks built for the way people buy today.
They move beyond outdated sales scripts and pressure tactics. Instead, they focus on building authentic momentum, communicating value with clarity, and inviting action through intentional offers.
These systems are driven by data and designed for adaptability. Sales teams are using them to shift how they connect with prospects and close deals with confidence.
I have worked with organizations where less than half of the sales reps were meeting their goals. After implementing these frameworks, we saw consistent improvements. Conversations got deeper, response rates increased, and pipelines started moving again.
DRIVE, PRIME, and INVITE are now being adopted by teams that want real structure without losing their human touch. These frameworks support sustainable success and give reps the tools to lead with purpose.
DRIVE: Build momentum with systems that move people forward
PRIME: Position your message so it connects with clarity and trust
INVITE: Extend meaningful offers that open the door to real conversations
These frameworks work together to create results.
They are not just about selling. They are about aligning strategy with action.

Whether you’re:
A school looking to prepare your students for the future
A business owner ready to use technology to scale
An organization seeking a speaker who inspires action
…let’s talk about how we can make it happen.
